Self-Care

We are spirit, soul and body - a three part being.  Self-Care, (if done correctly) - is to support the whole person.  It is important to maintain our mental health and well being. 

Journal:  make a list of 10 things that you believe you can do to support you mental health.  

After you list 10 things (or more) - start applying those things to your life.
